– All rates include Worker’s Compensation and General Liability Insurance and all
applicable State and Federal Taxes.
– All personnel are safety trained, provide their own transportation, and supply their
own hand/power tools.
– All labor is OSHA-certified and complies with applicable OSHA standards.
– Minimum 4-hour charge applies to labor services.
– This price list does not apply to prevailing wage and/or OCIP projects.

– Fall protection equipment (harness/lanyard) available upon request where required.

– Quotes are provided after a detailed assessment of each project to ensure accurate and customized pricing, and are non-binding. Final pricing may vary based on project scope, site conditions, duration, and specific requirements, and is subject to change until confirmed.
– Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and approved separately.
